I have lived in the Midwest all of my life and currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska. 

I teach middle school Art and love working with my students! Over the last few years I have realized that while I find a lot of fulfillment in my life as an educator part of me felt like a chunk of my life was missing. After some searching and reflection I realized that I wanted to bring the creator part of my identity back. At first it was simply for me - a place to work through the ebbs and flows that come with living. As time went on I decided that I felt ready to show my artwork to the world! And here we are.

I try to show the many layers of myself through my artwork. I am inspired by nature, love connecting all life events to puns, and making others feel seen and loved.

In addition to teaching the youths I spend lots of time with my fur children Bill Murray, Weenie and Old Yeller. I am a slow but enthusiastic reader who enjoys a little bit of everything. Iced coffee along with my family and friends make my day.
